- NEUROLOGICAL EXAMINATION
One hour review of history; complete exam of brain, spinal cord and nerves/muscles to decide if neurological spinal cord and nerves/muscles to decide if neurological disease is present, where and what diagnostic tests need disease is present, where and what diagnostic tests need to be done; no sedation required.
- NEUROSURGERY - SPECIALIZING IN SPINE, BRAIN CANCER AND DISK SURGERY
Disc surgery, brain tumor surgery; only if needed and beneficial to the patient; requires anesthesia.
- MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging: to image the brain and spinal cord; requires anesthesia.
- RADIOGRAPHS AND MYELOGRAPHY
Dye study of the spinal cord to diagnose spinal cord diseases and decide if surgery is needed; requires anesthesia.
- SPINAL TAP AND FLUID ANALYSIS
Evaluation of the spinal fluid; fluid in which the spinal cord and brain bathe; allows diagnoses of some spinal cord and brain bathe; allows diagnoses of some inflammatory, immune and infectious diseases; requires anesthesia.
- HEAD AND SPINAL TRAUMA MANAGEMENT
- HEARING TESTS (BAER) AND (EMG)
Allows us to evaluate the function of the muscles and the nerves; requires anesthesia.
- BULLA OSTEOTOMY
Surgery of the middle ear; requires anesthesia.
- SHUNT SURGERY
To drain excessive fluid in the brain and decrease symptoms of hydrocephalus (water on the brain); requires anesthesia.
